Eat without guilt!!

wow..finally open my new blog with Blogger now.I would love to start blogging by sharing thought and my experience in life especially in dining,as i love to eat..eating is the most lovely and wonderful things to do in life!! I wonder how people can go on diet without eating..salute them and pity them at the same time..To reduce in weight,going on diet is important but not fasting! People tend to go on diet without eating (fasting),this make them struggle and ultimately suffering with depression. To maintain a desired weight, diet and exercise are the must!! you can eat as many as u can without guilt provided that you exercise to burn off the excess energy in the body..If u practice this, gaining weight seems to be IMPOSIBBLE!! this is how i can make myself to enjoy the food around the world and without gaining weight..To be joyful and to do the things we love is the main purpose of life..so let's eat without feeling guilty!! let's start!!
